first of all you have need some tools that avail generally everywhere
1.OTG cable you can see picture by google image search
2.USB or memory card and card reader
3.download this apk file from below link
4.past this file in your memory card and connect your cable whit your locked mobile wait a few second a window will popup means mobile file manager will open then select apk file you already past in your memory card and install this file
5.after install open install file now you are in mobile setting menu now go to reset&backup tab . click reset .after reset your mobile restart normally
6.now click next next and just next. your phone now activated fully
